Briar House Social

Your privacy.

This website collects the details you choose to submit when you contact us, join an interest list, request the free guide, or place an order request. We use them to respond, share the updates you requested, and arrange your order.

The free guide

We save the email you enter when you request the guide and provide immediate download access. You may also provide a first name for the welcome message. An essential cookie remembers your guide access for seven days. Requesting the guide does not automatically sign you up for marketing. If you choose to receive tips and news, we also save that choice with your email.

We use Formspree to receive email signup and guide request notifications. These submissions include your email address, any first name you provide, the form you used, and your marketing choice.

Shopping and invitations

Essential cookies keep your shopping bag available and remember a valid private shopping invitation. Private prices are only returned after the invitation has been verified. We do not store card details on this site. When online checkout is available, payment information is collected by Stripe.

Your choices

To unsubscribe from updates, ask about your information, or request deletion, email info@briarhousesocial.com. Please use the email address you supplied so we can locate the right records.

League services

League registration and player services may open on MahjMate. Information you submit there is handled by that service and the league organizer.
